Setting:
Modern Fantasy. Earth as you know it, but with a dark and fantastical twist. Vampires, Demons, Devils, Daimons, Werewolves....they all walk the night. Angels, Faeries, Humans, they can be found here as well if you look hard enough. These are the secrets kept hidden in the back of our societies and consciousness'. The In-Character boards consist of both Real and Fictional places, some of them even Devil May Cry, Hellsing, Ghost Busters, etc cannon.
The Three Towers:
The Tower of Seraph. Separating the heavens from the earths, this pure place can only be treaded by angels and the purest of hearts. For centuries they have been locked away by a wry group of demons. Although the Gates have been opened, a pure creature needs to open the Door of Ethereal before it's too late...
The Tower of Cerberus. Sealed for five centuries were the demonic and hellish realms. Locked apart, the number of demonic nasties to plague the earth were severely limited. That is, until a Vampire led a human vampire hunter and her werewolf partner to the tower. He used the blood spilt by them in the fight in order to open the Door of Hades. Now demons can roam free....
The Tower of Mirrors. Hidden in a realm all its own some have said. Through the sealed Door of Phantoms, there be ghosts and ghouls. The mix of spirits has created this as overall-neutral. Word on the streets is that there's been much spectral activity lately as well, and a plot to join the all the realms (Living, dead, faerie, hells, heavens) as one...
Will you help or hinder the forces within these towers? Or will you carve your own path, trying not to killed in the crossfire. Participation in the Over-all plot is not necessary, although if you start your own adventure...you'll be surprised what devious plots you may find yourself involved in...
